What happens if I upgrade or change phones while my activation code is still valid?

You’ll need to install NQ Mobile Guard on your new phone and select ‘Sync with existing account’ on the Activation Page. You will need to get an ‘Activation failed’ response. If not, please retry. Once complete, follow the steps below to transfer the service to your new phone.

  1. Send an email to help@nq.com with the following information
  2. Please put "NQ Mobile Guard service transfer" in the subject line of your email
  3. In the body of your email include:
  • Your name
  • Your phone number
  • IMEI* of old phone
  • IMEI* of new phone
  • Make and model of new phone
  • Phone carrier

You will receive an email from the NQ Customer Support team when your transfer of service is complete (usually 24-48 hours).

*Dial *#06# on the dial pad of the phone to retrieve the device IMEI
