I just got a new phone, how do I transfer my Premium NQ Mobile Security subscription to the new device?

To transfer your service to a new device send an email to help@nq.com with the following information:

  • Your Name
  • Your Phone Number
  • Your Email Address
  • Old Phone IMEI# (You can get this information by dialing *#06# on the dial pad)
  • New Phone IMEI# (You can get this information by dialing *#06# on the dial pad)
  • New Phone Make/Model
  • Carrier

The transfer could take 24-48 hours to complete. Once complete you will receive a call from one of our Customer Service Associates so that they can walk you through the final steps of your service transfer.
