I'm having trouble backing up and/or restoring my contacts. What can I do?

If you are having trouble backing up or restoring your contacts, try the following:

  • Verify your network connection is working properly
  • Make sure there is enough space on your phone for your contacts

If you are still having trouble, please contact us at help@nq.com and include the following info in your message:

  • Your NQ Account ID or phone’s IMEI code*
  • Any related error messages or notifications


* Account Id and IMEI can be retrieved by following these steps.

Account ID:

  1. Tap Upgrade to Premium from the apps’ home screen (you will not be charged for this)
  2. Your Account ID will be listed at the top of the screen

Retrieving the IMEI code in Android:

  1. Open the Applications tab and tap Settings
  2. Tap About Phone
  3. Tap Status and scroll down to find the IMEI code
